By working closely with our customers and taking the time to get to know exactly how they operate, we are able to drive business growth in a very targeted and affordable manner.

Who buys your product / service:

Our core client base is SMEs who don’t have the time or resources to manage their digital marketing in-house. We work with businesses from a broad variety of industries within Yorkshire. How do we manage to achieve results for such a diverse range of clients? Because we take the time to get to the heart of what they do, what their values are and what they want to achieve.

What makes your business stand out from your competitors:

Our personal approach makes us different, and it underpins the high quality of services that we are able to offer. However, the quality of our content differentiates us more than anything else.

What are the main strength/s of your business:

Great communication is the foundation stone on which Artus Digital Marketing is built. It enables us to effectively reach out to our clients’ potential customers and helps us to build strong relationships with our own customers too!

What’s your favourite business book and why:

Alan Sugar’s What You See is What You Get. Ok, so technically it’s an autobiography, but Lord Sugar’s story oozes business at every turn. From humble beginnings, a raw determination led him to found and lead an internationally renowned electronics manufacturer. An insightful and witty read filled with business learnings and lessons. The first ‘business’ book I read, and a continual source of inspiration.

What is the most useful lesson you’ve learned through experience:

It’s important to ensure strong communication is shared by both parties in any business dealing.

What is the main mistake to avoid in future:

It’s fine to take people at their word, but business transactions also require signed written agreements and up-front finance where appropriate.

Which business success are you most proud of:

Surpassing my previous role’s wage within a month of starting up my business.

What are the values that drive your business:

Honesty, integrity and forward-thinking determination.

What are your future ambitions:

To continually seek new digital marketing avenues for the business to ensure customers continue to receive the best possible results. Artus Digital Marketing will continue to adapt, excel and grow!
